Our Founder, Master Instructor & Head of Research, Training & Development is Australian Master Intuitive Sound Therapist, Musician & Yogi Sharon Quigley (Ponsford) who is based in Ireland since 2013.    .

A former Software Engineer and College Lecturer, Sharon brings a vast knowledge and expertise to her teachings gained from over 30 years experience with sound & frequency medicine, in a range of clinical, research and education settings. 

Sharon’s highly effective teaching style embodies the philosophy of natural learning – a stress-free learner-centred approach to education, modern workplace training.   Creating a highly inspiring, effective and engaging learning environment focused wholly and completely on the unique learning needs and abilities of the individual, rather than the one-size-fits-all approach.

Background

Sharon has had a varied and interesting  career background which has taken her through various roles and technologies in a range of industries over the years,

Sharon’s introduction to sound & frequency medicine commenced with one of Perth, Western Australia’s busy naturopath clinics  in the 1990s where she studied for nearly a decade.  This is where Sharon first discovered the many miracles of healing with sound, including the pioneering work of a medical Doctor in Perth, Western Australia who ran a successful cancer clinic for over 40 years, from the 1960s until his retirement in 2005.

At the end of 2012 Sharon relocated to Ireland, where she took the opportunity for further study to progress her Holistic career with further study and now enjoys the following roles:

In April 2021, I was honoured to open my first Yoga Studio and training centre in Cork City (Yoga of Sound Studio) and Mind Body Clinic, where I continue to provide holistic therapy treatments along with accredited practitioner training and workshops.  In 2023 I relocated by studio and training centre to establish a Country Nature Retreat in a tranquil setting, at the foot of the Nagle Mountains in North Co.Cork.
