This Yoga-infused expert training is ideal for teachers and holistic health professionals and support workers of any kind, or those who wish to expand their knowledge of the healing potential of the forest and the natural world.

Each of the modules may be completed separately throughout the year, or on our 4-day residential retreat held in the summer.

• Module 1 : Sound  Bath Professional Certificate 1-day with Shaman Drum Journey Introduction
• Module 2 : Spirit of the Trees – Earth Spirit Forest Bathing© Leader Certificate 1-day
  with Shaman Drum Sound Therapy Certificate
• Module 3 : Celtic Fairy Magic & Laughter in the Forest 1-day
  includes Laughter Yoga Basic Learning certificate from Laughter Yoga Academy
• Module 4 : Practitioner Essentials 1-day

On completion of this course you will have an understanding of the potential for forest therapy for health and wellbeing with a range of inspiring activities to introduce to groups or individuals, or for your own self-practice.

Professional Diploma certificate is awarded on completion of case studies and home study tasks.  This unique and inspiring course will provide you with essential knowledge, skills & techniques to succeed as a confident & intuitive creator of inspiring earth spirit forest bathing experiences for yourself and others.

Bonus: On completion of Module 4, you will be eligible to enrol for the 2-day Laughter Yoga Leader Certificate with Laughter Yoga Academy Ireland.

Founder & Principal of Irish Academy of Sound Therapy and Mind Body Health Clinic. 
Sharon is a former College Lecturer and Natural Building Designer from Australia and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her teachings.  Sharon is a Master Sound Therapist, Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Professional Musician and Spiritual Healer and has established Yoga of Sound Nature Retreat & Holistic Academy in North Co.Cork.

Flexible Study Plan

This unique & inspiring Diploma consists of a series of 1-day Certificate modules, with practical assessments conducted in-class along the way.  Each 1-Day Certificate module integrates many relevant topics and can be studied on it’s own, or as part of the Diploma.

Those with an existing qualification to work with paying clients (for example Yoga teacher, Holistic Therapist including Usui Reiki Practitioner) may complete the first 1-Day Certificate module –  ISRT101 Sound Bath Facilitator 1-day Intensive to become certified as a Sound Bath Facilitator right away.

To be certified as an ISRT© Practitioner you will need to complete your Master Practitioner’s Diploma of Integrated Sound Relaxation Therapy© or ISRT©.

Training Guarantee

To demonstrate our commitment to your success, if life gets in the way of your greater plans and you need a refresher training, you can repeat any training for up to 5 years without additional enrolment fee.  Every class will always have 2 places for this purpose.
